Used this as I was told by a friend it would help my body feel better to start running again. After a few uses ( Morning and Night ) my body feels better and I am back to doing sports again.
It's a bonus that is smells so nice and fit perfectly in my sports bag.

As mentioned above, WOW... the product is very efficient. The heat/cool sensation lasts forever even after having been in the shower and trying to wash it off. I trained pretty hard in the gym and my shoulder felt super tense... not any more.
