Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any orders once they have been dispatched. This policy ensures the safety and integrity of our customers, as the products cannot be reused once opened or handled.

2. Considered as Used Goods
Both Scream and Scream Zero are classified as personal care items. Once shipped, these products are considered used goods and cannot be returned, even if unopened, for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage and will arrange for a replacement where applicable.
